- 200 g feta cheese cut in pieces
- 100 g plain yoghurt
- 100 g double cream
- 1 pinch fine sea salt or to taste
- 1 pinch ground black pepper or to taste
Courgette and Avocado Salad
- 1 courgette green, small, cut in thin strips with a vegetable peeler
- 1 courgette yellow, small, cut in thin strips with a vegetable peeler
- 1 ripe avocado small, diced (1 cm)
- 1 lime juice and finely grated zest
- 1 Tbsp rapeseed oil
